Terms & Conditions - Online Influence Institute

Legal Entity: Influence Institute B.V. (“OII”)

By purchasing access to the Online Influence Lab (the “Lab”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).


1. Access and Accounts

  • Access is granted once payment is received.

  • Accounts are personal – sharing login details is not allowed.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in line with Section 10.


2. What You Get

  • Access to online trainings, templates, live sessions, and the OII community.

  • OII may change, update, or remove content and features at any time.

  • Temporary downtime may occur due to updates or maintenance.


3. Use of Materials

  • You receive a limited, personal license to use Lab materials for your own learning.

  • Copying, recording, distributing, or creating derivative works without permission is not allowed.

  • Promotional templates or downloads provided by OII may be used according to the given guidelines.

  • All intellectual property rights remain with OII.


4. Community Rules

  • Be respectful and professional at all times.

  • No spam, harassment, or unethical behavior.

  • Self-promotion or selling is only allowed if explicitly approved by OII.

  • OII may moderate or remove content that breaks these rules.


5. Trademarks and Branding

  • You may state that you are “a member of the Online Influence Lab.”

  • You may not use OII names, logos, or trademarks in domains, ads, or social media handles without written permission.


6. Recordings and Media

  • Live sessions may be recorded by OII.

  • By participating, you agree that OII may use your likeness and voice in Lab recordings and promotions.

  • If you prefer not to appear, you may keep your camera/mic off or contact us at ⟨privacy email⟩.


7. Confidentiality

  • Proprietary OII information (e.g. product roadmaps, internal resources) must be kept confidential.

  • Treat what other members share in the community as confidential too.


8. Disclaimers and Liability

  • The Lab is for educational purposes only – it does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • Results may vary; no guarantees of outcomes or earnings.

  • To the extent permitted by law, OII’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

  • OII is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profit or data.


9. Consumer Rights (EU)

  • If you are a consumer in the EU, you agree that access to the Lab begins immediately after purchase. This means the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once access has started.

  • Your statutory rights to conformity remain: if the Lab does not match its description, OII will correct the issue or provide a proportionate refund.


10. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

  • Monthly subscriptions: renew automatically and can be cancelled up until 1 day before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

  • Yearly subscriptions: run until the end of the purchased term. After the first year, any automatic renewal converts into a monthly subscription, cancellable at any time with 1 month’s notice.

  • Refunds are not provided for unused periods, except where required by law.


11. Privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.


12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

  • Disputes will be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
